On L2/L3 mode port index description

On L2/L3 mode or OVS mode, user can configure ports in QSFP/normal, SFP/max mode on the switch accton_as6701_32x.

QSFP/normal (32 x 40G) and FLEX switched from QSFP

When ports are in QSFP/normal mode, the mapping between physical ports, interface names in QSFP mode, interface names in FLEX mode switched from QSFP mode and interface support speed are in the following table.
