The run show route forward-host command shows the information about the host hardware forwarding table.


Command Syntax

run show route [vrf <vrf-name>] forward-host brief

run show route [vrf <vrf-name>] forward-host ipv4 <ipv4-address | all>

run show route [vrf <vrf-name>] forward-host ipv6 <ipv6-address | all>

Displays statistics information about host routes in the IP routing table.

vrf <vrf-name>

Optional. Specifies a VRF name. The value is a string.

ipv4 <ipv4-address | all>

Specifies an IPv4 address to view the host hardware forwarding table information of a specific IPv4 host, or all to view the host hardware forwarding table information of all IPv4 hosts.

ipv6 <ipv6-address | all>

Specifies an IPv6 address to view the host hardware forwarding table information of a specific IPv6 host, or all to view the host hardware forwarding table information of all IPv6 hosts.


Usage Guidelines

When a VRF is specified, only the host hardware forwarding table information of the specific VRF is displayed.

When no VRF is specified, the result shows only the host hardware forwarding table information of the default VRF.
